My guest today is Shane Roberson. I first met Shane a couple years ago with our good friend Terry Hershey. Shane is an expert in leadership and organizational development with more than 20 experience.
But Shane’s passion and the topic of our podcast today is all about crafting thriving organizational cultures. He comes alongside individuals, teams, and organizations to understand “why they exist” as a means to make an impact on the organization.
Today I want to talk about organizational, family, and individual cultures. What works and what doesn’t.
