Today my special guest is Karen Hill. With more than 20 years experience in leading corporations and individuals, Karen is passionate about enabling individuals to realize their full potential.
Karen is a multi-gifted consultant, with past positions of Vice President, Department Head, and consultant with companies like General Motors, Hughes Aircraft, and Right Management (an international talent management company).
In 2012 Karen started her own consulting firm, develop inc. She is passionate about people and their development but two things objectives seem guide her many talents: (1) Enabling Individuals to realize their full potential, and (2) Corporate Social Responsibility.
I’d like to devote half of our time to Corporate Social Responsibility. I think with the influence of the Millennials, many companies are moving toward that noble cause.
